Do you disclose affiliate links even when the platform doesn't require it?

FTC technically requires disclosure everywhere but enforcement is essentially nonexistent on short-form. I always disclose on YouTube and Substack. I'm inconsistent on IG. Curious what others actually do vs what they say they do.

How long do you spend on a caption?

Genuinely asking because I feel like I waste too much time on this. Sometimes I'll write and rewrite for 30 minutes. Other times I slap something together in 2 minutes and it outperforms everything. Is there a real signal here or just noise?

Anyone else getting lowball offers this month?

Three brands in a row have come in way under my usual rate. One was 40% below what I quoted. Not sure if it's the time of year or something shifted in the market. What are you all seeing?

Is TikTok creativity fund money even worth reporting?

Got $43 last month from the creativity fund for a video that hit 800k views. The math is embarrassing. I understand why everyone pivots to brand deals the second they get any traction.
